The staff on the night shift were amazingly great. The breakfast food was freshly made and included cereal and fruit. The room I stayed in was comfortable, fantastic, and had a beautiful view, comfortable bed, and balcony.

The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide selection of delicious food. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a lovely area close to Gran Canaria and a shopping center. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is just perfect, right on the beach and close to all the bars, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and we were lucky enough to have a large balcony with breathtaking views of the beach, sea, mountains, and city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service was top-notch and we were thoroughly impressed with all the amenities available, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning options. We also appreciated the little touches, like the welcome drink and the availability of in-room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded our expectations.

The location is great. Directly on the beach promenade, restaurants and shops just around the corner.

Breakfast was quite expensive, you could have expected a lot more for the price. The hotel is getting old and has its shortcomings.
